Raven is easily the most powerful character in Teen Titans. Though Trigon is the manifestation an enemy, her greatest enemy is herself. She could easily destroy everything in the universe, and no one would be able to stop her. What makes her even more powerful is that she doesnít. Through inner peace, she quells her powers and uses a reasonable amount of force to defeat evil. If someone defeats her, itís because she was going too easy on them. Raven could (and has) let loose on every villain and Jump City would be safe forever, but very, very scared of the superpowered Titan. Raven is playing a game of chess against herself: in every outcome, she wins. She is stronger than her powerful lineage and chooses to be good. Raven is constantly under the influence of one of the most powerful beings in the universe, and she beats him every time.

Though he is stronger than many of the characters on the show, Robin is the weakest of the Titans. His main skills are his training is martial arts and leadership. While his fighting is often adequate, itís addressed several times throughout the series that his training is incomplete. Despite being a manic workaholic, Robin struggles to keep up with some of his more powerful peers. Robinís leadership also has room for improvement. While he may excel in battle tactics, he often breaks his own rules. His position seems to result from the fact that the other Titans struggle to hold him accountable for his actions. Robin is second (or third or fourth) best to other characters in nearly every aspect. However, he does grow up to become Nightwing, so, in the canon of the series, he eventually becomes more powerful.

Beast Boy has the power to change into any animal, though his stamina and mental fortitude remain the same. However, he adopts the animalís strength and physical features. Depending on the situation, he can turn into whatever animal is most needed. He can be small and sneaky, big and strong, or whatever else the situation calls for. This is an extremely useful power to have, especially when there seems to be no limit on how many times he can transform. As long as Beast Boy keeps up his strength and stamina, he can battle his enemies with ease. Even when he loses control and turns into The Beast, there is still goodness inside of him, and he has an unwavering instinct to help his teammates. His greatest weakness is his laziness, but as he matures over the series, he becomes more willing to improve himself, mind and body.

Starfire is the second strongest member of the Teen Titans. An alien and royal by birth, she is stronger than most beings. Her powers are connected to her emotions, and she harnesses them to unleash starbolts and fly. Despite her happy, bubbly nature, she is a strong fighter and contender on the battlefield. She is also the physically strongest member of the Teen Titans. One of the main things that puts Starfire so high on this list is that her powers are constantly developing and new powers form throughout the show. By the end of the series, Starfire has nowhere near peaked, so that implies that she will just grow stronger as time goes on. Starfire is the only Titan whose future was not seen in the show. However, based on her progression, her future seems bright.

Cyborgís future shown in the show is somewhat bleak. Like Atlas, Cyborg depends on the technology and knowledge of others. However, this is not to the same extent as Atlas, as Cyborg clearly knows how his body works and is able to repair it. Still, in the future, he finds himself tethered to the tower. Cyborgís placement on this list isnít solely the result of an alternate future. Cyborg also underestimates himself throughout the series. When he gained his cybernetic enhancements, he became more powerful, but he also began to doubt himself more. Cyborg is more careful than many members of the Titans, including Robin, and his knowledge in a variety of subjects should put him a better position to be the leader of the Titans. Though he has more potential, his self-doubt holds him back.
